Our Roots!


Let’s clear the air first shall we? BoxFit Elite is a cross training facility at its roots. We are often confused with being a boxing center and that is not what BoxFit is. The term “box” comes from a training facility that literally resemble a box made of walls and utilizes bars, weights, and ropes, etc… thus “Box – Fit – Elite“.

Secondly, we are not a CrossFit Affiliate. CrossFit is a trademarked company that promotes it’s specific ideals and philosophies and holds competitions that is deemed “The Sport of Fitness”.

Cross Training is simply the practice of using several different modes of workout strategies for  a single comprehensive workout. Cross training is great at helping prevent repeated use injuries. For example, you might know someone who only runs, only swims, or only cycles. From doing the same repeated motion over and over instead of mixing in different modes of exercise, these folks can often times become injured as a result of repetitive specific training.

How We Operate!


Our weekly programs (that we write for you) are designed to help you minimize thinking what to do for a workout and maximize doing your workouts! Each day we focus on a specific part of the body to help you improve on your fit life style goals. 

Monday

On Mondays, we do SQUATS! Squats help build that 🍑 you’ve been wanting if you’re a female. If you’re a guy, you’re just going to make gainz! 💪 After a weekend of social enjoyment, our program will help get your legs strong!
