What is our Competitors class and why is it important? Read below to find out how BoxFit Elite Training & Performance Center can help you get into competition shape!

Is it the Barbell?!


We are often confused with being a boxing center and that is not what BoxFit is. The term “box” comes from a training facility that literally resemble a box made of walls and utilizes bars, weights, and ropes, etc… thus “Box – Fit – Elite“.

Secondly, we are not a CrossFit Affiliate. CrossFit is a trademarked company that promotes it’s specific ideals and philosophies and holds competitions that is deemed “The Sport of Fitness”.

Our Competitors class runs at the same time as our regular cross training classes. It also runs on the same timing as our Cross Training class, this is how are are able to accommodate two separate types of workouts simultaneously. There are some movements that you will have to learn and practice (which you’ll see listed below) to get the full functionally fit workout. The competitors class is great for getting in shape and getting ready to compete in a competition. Even if you have zero desire to compete, it’s still a great class that is more challenging if you’re looking for a more demanding program.

How We Operate!


Our weekly programs (that we write for you) are designed to help you minimize thinking what to do for a workout and maximize doing your workouts! Each day we focus on a specific part of the body to help you improve on your fit life style goals. 

Monday

On Mondays, we do Clean & Jerks! Sometimes we just Jerk it… or we’ll just clean 🤷‍♂️ Either way… this Olympic weightlifting movement is fun for pulling big time weight from ground to over head in 2 moves.
